Structural repairs for collapsed, cracked, or root-damaged drains. We combine civil engineering expertise with “No-Dig” technology to restore your drainage with zero disruption.
There are several situations where a professional drain camera inspection can save you significant time, money, and hassle:
If you’re experiencing recurring blockages, slow drainage, foul odours, or unexplained damp patches, a CCTV survey reveals the root cause. We can identify blockages (and what’s causing them), cracks and fractures, collapsed sections, root ingress, displaced joints, corrosion, and scale build-up. Knowing exactly what you’re dealing with means repairs can be targeted and effective, rather than a costly process of trial and error.
Buying a commercial property or large residential estate without understanding the condition of the drainage is a gamble. Hidden defects can lead to thousands of pounds in unexpected repair costs. A pre-purchase drain survey gives you leverage in price negotiations and ensures you know exactly what you’re taking on. Many buyers have avoided problematic purchases—or secured significant price reductions—based on our survey findings.
If you’re planning construction work within 3 metres of a public sewer, you’ll likely need a build-over agreement from your local water authority. This requires a CCTV survey before and after construction to prove your work hasn’t damaged the public drainage infrastructure. We provide surveys that meet all regulatory requirements for build-over applications.
For commercial landlords and facilities managers, documenting drainage condition at the start and end of tenancies protects both parties. Our surveys provide clear evidence of the system’s state, helping to resolve any disputes about responsibility for damage or deterioration.
For facilities managers and asset owners responsible for multiple sites or large drainage networks, scheduled CCTV surveys are a smart investment. Regular inspections catch developing problems before they become emergencies, allowing you to budget for maintenance and avoid costly reactive repairs.
If your drainage system has suffered damage from subsidence, flooding, or structural failure, a CCTV survey provides the documented evidence insurers need to process your claim. Our reports are produced using insurance-approved software and include all the detail required for claims submissions.
Contact us with details of your site and what you’re looking to achieve. We’ll ask about the size of the property, number of access points (manholes, inspection chambers), whether you have existing drainage plans, and any specific concerns. Based on this, we’ll provide a clear, fixed-price quote with no hidden extras.
Our engineer arrives with all necessary equipment. For most surveys, we begin by locating and accessing manholes and inspection chambers around your property. The camera is then inserted into each drainage run, recording footage as it travels through the system. The engineer monitors the live feed, noting defects and observations as they appear.
After the site work, our survey data is processed using WRc-approved software. Each section of pipework is assessed and graded. Defects are coded according to industry standards. The resulting report includes drainage plans, condition summaries, annotated images, video clips of key findings, and clear recommendations.
We provide comprehensive drain inspection services for commercial businesses and large residential properties nationwide.
At Paverose Environmental, we use advanced camera technology to inspect your entire drainage system from the inside.
When you’ve got drainage problems, guessing where the issue lies can cost you thousands in unnecessary excavation and wasted time.

Whether it’s an emergency or you’re planning ahead, we’re ready to help.
of all accessible drainage runs using either push-rod cameras for smaller pipes or remote-controlled crawler units for larger sewers and complex commercial systems
showing pipe routes, depths, diameters, materials, and direction of flow—essential information if you don’t have existing drainage plans
using the industry-standard WRc MSCC5 classification system. Every issue is coded and graded by severity so you know exactly what needs attention now versus what can be monitored

"Called them at 11pm on a Saturday with a flooded basement. They were there within the hour and had it sorted by morning. Absolute lifesavers."
Costs depend on the size of the drainage system, number of access points, site location, and complexity. We provide fixed-price quotes after understanding your requirements, so you know exactly what you’ll pay before we start. There are no hidden charges. For commercial sites requiring regular surveys, we offer scheduled maintenance contracts at reduced rates.
A straightforward survey of a small to medium commercial property typically takes 1-3 hours. Larger sites with extensive drainage networks can take a full day or longer. We’ll give you an estimated duration when we quote, and we can arrange surveys outside normal business hours if you need to minimise disruption.
We need access to all manholes and inspection chambers on your property. If you know where these are, that helps. If any access covers are buried, locked, or obstructed, let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. For the best results, we recommend having drains cleaned before a condition survey if they haven’t been maintained recently.
If we encounter a blockage that prevents us from completing the survey, we’ll report what we’ve found up to that point and discuss options. We can often clear minor blockages on-site. For more significant obstructions, we may recommend high-pressure jetting to clear the line before returning to complete the survey. We can handle both services and will work with you to find the most cost-effective solution.
No. CCTV surveys are entirely non-invasive. The camera equipment is designed to travel through pipes without causing damage. There’s no digging, no excavation, and no disruption to your drainage system.
We can survey pipes from approximately 50mm up to 600mm diameter using different camera systems. The vast majority of commercial and residential drainage falls within this range. For larger culverts or sewers, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
For standard surveys, you’ll receive your complete report within 48 hours of the site visit. If you have an urgent requirement, let us know and we’ll do our best to prioritise your report.
